About Cosmo Dental Centre
Cosmo Dental Centre is a family dental clinic that serves as the primary source of dental treatment for all members of a family. We shall place a strong focus on preventative dental treatment in order to protect the dentition and prevent or postpone the onset of new episodes of dental disease. If therapy or treatment services are necessary that we believe are best handled by a professional, we will not hesitate to make a recommendation.
This office's rates are aligned with the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide. We would appreciate prompt payment and we encourage you to discuss any issues or concerns you have about our prices with us directly. We will also help you with the claims forms if you have dental insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any more questions.
How We Like to Work?
The initial session is always designated for a thorough oral examination and the appropriate diagnostic data to establish the best treatment plan for each client. An examination will be done in the case of an emergency to identify your acute problem. Our goal will be to relieve your discomfort and restore your sense of well-being. At the second session, we will present you with our results as well as a potential treatment plan and cost estimate. We will also review your oral condition and explain our recommendations.
After your initial treatment, you will be placed on the post-treatment care list. When your appointment is due, you will be contacted and an appointment will be scheduled.

Our role will be to identify your dental issues, treat them in a timely manner, and teach you how to maintain your oral health at home

The office may be closed from time to time to allow the staff to attend continuing dental education classes. Patients benefit directly when we implement the best diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and preventative treatment available

To avoid misunderstandings and to grant consent for treatment, all children should be accompanied by an adult. These are young people and teens who rely financially on their parents or guardians

Please arrive on time for your appointment. To change an appointment, you must give at least 24 hours' notice, or you may be charged. Appointment fees are due at the conclusion of each visit

Please call us to make an appointment with one of our skilled dentists in London, Ontario. We have dental appointments available six days a week, including Saturdays. Monday through Thursday, our office opens at 8:00 a.m. and accepts appointments until 7:00 p.m.

Dr. Lavina D’souza
B.D.S., D.D.S., [Univ Of Western Ontario]
Dr Lavina D'souza has practiced dentistry for over 33 years and since 2017 at Cosmo Dental Centre, London.
She graduated as Bachelor of Dental Surgery from India in 1989 and practiced general dentistry in India and the UAE till 2007.
She graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Ontario in 2013. She practiced in Kitchener, ON from 2013-2020.
During her time as owner of Cosmo Dental Centre, London, since 2016 she has earned the trust and respect of her patients and staff. She has introduced the Cosmo Dental Centre, London, to the most advanced technology in all fields of dentistry. She has nurtured a strong, dedicated, highly motivated and professional team whose approach has created enhanced trust and respect from patients for the providers and the practice.
Likewise, she practices general dentistry with a special interest in Periodontics, Dental Surgery, and same-day crowns, Bridges.
Since graduating Dr. Dsouza has got additional training in the placement and restoration of mini dental implants, implant retained dentures, digital dentistry for same-day crowns, veneers and bridges at the Planmeca University in Dallas, Periodontal grafting from TCDDS, Toronto, Cerec crown , bridge , smile design using digital dentistry from CEREC Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona, Advanced Veneer aesthetics Program for Lumineers from the Den Mat Education Academy in Lompoc,CA.
During her spare time she loves gardening and spending time with her two dogs Bounce and Scooby.
Dr. Conrad Rodrigues

Dr. Rodrigues has practiced dentistry for over 33 years and at Cosmo Dental Centre since 2017.
He graduated with a Bachelor Of Dental Surgery [BDS] from India in 1989 and a Master Of Dental Surgery [Orthodontics] from India in 1992.
He practiced Dentistry and Orthodontics in India and the UAE from 1989 to 2007
He graduated as a DDS from the University Of Toronto in 2009.
He practised dentistry in Brantford, Cambridge, Toronto and Kitchener from 2009 to 2017.
Dr. Rodrigues has a special interest in Invisalign®, Orthodontics, Implant dentistry and same day crowns, bridges and cosmetic smile makeovers using CEREC crowns or Lumineers.
He attends various continuing education programmes regularly to keep himself up-to-date. Since graduating Dr. Rodrigues has got trained in implant dentistry, CAD-CAM dentistry, mini dental implants, advanced veneer esthetics, smile design and Lumineers digital dentistry, digital scan impressions and simulations using CEREC and Itero Element scanners for crowns, bridges , veneers, and Invisalign®.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Julia Toth received her Level II Dental Assisting Certificate in 2014 and 3 year Advanced Dental Hygiene Diploma in 2017 at Fanshawe College. She is a member of the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association.
Julia is an advocate of preventive and patient-focused care which is catered to individual needs. She believes that the prevention of oral disease is the foundation for good oral health. Julia is passionate about how oral health can impact the rest of the body and takes pride in educating her patients on how to maintain a healthy mouth.
In her spare time, Julia enjoys reading, rollerblading and spending time in nature.

Chi graduated as Certified Dental Assistant Level II from Fanshawe College, London, ON in 2018. She has been employed with Cosmo Dental Centre following her graduation. She enjoys interacting with clients and her colleagues every day. She strives to provide the best service and aims to make dental visits as comfortable, stress-free and pleasant for patients. She finds it rewarding to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and happy with their smiles. Chi was born in Thailand and moved to Canada when she was six years old. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also loves traveling and exploring new things.

Kelley graduated as Certified Dental Assistant in 1982 and has been a receptionist at Cosmo Dental Centre since 2017. She was raised in Otterville and later moved to the Norwich area. She has four children and is a proud grandma of four grandchildren. Aside from her work in dentistry, she spends time gardening, swimming and attending sports events for her children and grandchildren.

Melissa is employed at Cosmo Dental Centre as a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant. She has worked in the dental profession for 18+ years. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones. being outdoors, cooking and listening to music.

Dental Administrator
Carla has been employed at Cosmo Dental Centre since 1989, when she newly graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Fanshawe College. Since then, she has been a Preventive Dental Assistant, Certified Dental Receptionist and Office Manager in her many years serving at Cosmo Dental. Currently, she has completed 34 years at Cosmo Dental Centre and is the Dental Administrator. When not at work, she visits her elderly father or can be found either hiking with her dogs, riding her horse or watching the Toronto Blue Jays on TV, curled up on the couch with her cats.
